Free shipping is available to all major cities in Australia with our chosen carrier, TNT.

Home delivery:

Please keep an eye on your emails for your parcels expected delivery time (check your spam folder also). It is advised that you arrange for someone to be home during this time to accept and sign for the delivery.

 

If you’re unable to be home during standard delivery hours, at your own risk, you may give ‘authority to leave’ to the driver. If you wish to do so, simply leave a note in the ‘Cart’ section of our checkout process, giving authority and detailing a safe and accessible location for the driver to leave your package.

 

Please contact us at info@adjustafit.com.au for upper level deliveries.

Delivery Acceptance:

Due to the size and nature of our products, our shipping provider cannot leave your goods unattended (unless you have given ‘authority to leave’) and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when the arranged delivery is attempted, you will need to arrange collection or re-delivery with our shipping provider (see details below). Please be aware that re-delivery fees apply.

Remote Delivery:

There are some remote locations we do not deliver to but on occasion we sometimes can arrange delivery or deliver to a supervised collection point. Please note there may be a surcharge. To enquire about a remote location delivery please contact us at info@adjustafit.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Re-Delivery instructions:

If a driver has unsuccessfully attempted delivery and left a card, you will need to arrange collection or re-delivery via their, Re-delivery Service here. If you suspect delivery has not been attempted or you do not have the re-delivery card, please contact TNT at here. In your enquiry, please include your shipping number, delivery address and re-delivery date.

 

Please Note: Orders can only be re-delivered between Monday and Friday.

 

If you have any other issues with your delivery or the state of your parcel, please make a claim with TNT here.

Warehouse pick up:

Collection from our warehouse is free! Please follow these steps if you wish to do so:

  1. Place your order and in shipping select ‘Warehouse Pick Up’

  2. After processing your order, please contact us at sales@adjustafit.com.au with your order number and name and we will help arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order.

  3. Upon pick up, please bring your order number and ID.

 

Please Note: We recommend a ute or small van to transport the Adjusta-Door (bring ropes to secure it).

Reasons for order delays:

We will always strive to get your order to you on time. If for some reason your order is delayed it may be due to:

-    Public Holidays

-    Incorrect addresses entered against the order

-    Unprocessed/ declined payments

-    Occasionally if a product is out of stock

Insurance:

To the extent permitted by law, Adjusta-Fit Doors and Screens Pty Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to your order once it has been received by the courier for delivery to you.

 

Purchasing insurance on your shipping is available for $80 + GST at our checkout.

Please Note: If you give ‘authority to leave’ insurance does cover anything that happens to your parcel after it’s been delivered.

 

Please note:

We do not ship outside of Australia.

We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to Hobart but we hope to be able to do so soon.
